      What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us through our website or place an order for our services and enrol onto one of our courses. We also collect information from you via social media when you enquire about our services or send us a private message, or when you respond to adverts we have on 3rd party websites promoting our services.

Additionally, we collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys and provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies  

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your enquiry, your course enrolment and to manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we offer that we think may be of interest to you. Once enrolled onto your course, we do share your information with the relevant awarding body of your course, for registration purposes and for the issuing of your certificate on completion of your qualification.

Depending on the course you are enrolled onto, we may, with your prior permission, share your information with potential employers when working in the industry is a mandatory requirement of your qualification.
Firm Training Limited will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other company.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. In addition, we would like to remind you of upcoming courses, start dates, promotional offers and deadlines for enrolments. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please unsubscribe using: unsubscribe@firmtraining.com and enter ‘Unsubscribe’ in the title.

Access to your information and correction
